Renters beware! That’s what the sign should actually read at 5985 Bryce Way in Rocklin CA. Americal Property Management represents that house and they are about as professional as a mud fence. Now, I do reviews for a living and I will tell you something… These guys have got to be the worst people to rent from. This particular house in question has a black mold problem, the sewer leaks in the house, the roof leaks and the carpet needs to be replaced due to the horrendous sewage issues that has absorbed deep into the padding and the wood beneath. This company does NOTHING for the renters and this house should be redone from the floor up. If any tenant rents this house they should move immediately and find a healthy home as this particular residence can not be considered a safe place to inhabit.
